Damages,
Defects and Credit
All claims for shortages/defective
products must be made within thirty (30) working days of receipt of your
merchandise. If there is a claim of a defective product, representative
samples of the defective product(s) must be returned. Please mark the
defective area with a permanent marker. We will replace defective merchandise
with the same or similar product, or we will issue a credit to your next
purchase. Please note, however, that we have a superb system of quality
control in our warehouses and are happy to say that we have an extremely
low defect rate. Credit cannot be given for products damaged by negligence.
Please examine products before use. Any claims for damaged products or
loss thought to have occurred during shipping should be filed with the
appropriate carrier. No credit will be given for seasonal, discounted
or closeout merchandise.
Price
Changes
Due to conditions
in the marketplace, all prices on the price list are subject to change
without prior notice. However, it is our general practice to notify our
customers of price changes at least sixty (60) days in advance.
