You may place your order by using our online form, or by fax, or e-mail. Please take note of the name of the product, item numbers, sizes, and quantities of each design you wish to order.

We will normally respond the same day if possible, but kindly bear in mind that our sales executives are occasionally away for trade fairs and meetings which may cause a delay in response. Also, public holidays may sometimes prelude an immediate response.

Our administrative offices are closed on Sundays and public holidays. It may be most convenient for you to place your order using our online form.

Substitutions and Back Orders
We make every attempt to meet the requirements of every order, but this may not be possible at all times. In cases where we are out of stock on some items we will fax to you within one working day to ask if you wish to substitute with other designs and/or keep the items on backorder.

Terms
Payment may be made by any of the following:

• Irrevocable letter of credit.
• Bank draft in advance.
